Seven Gippsland Power players picked up in AFL National Draft

Updated after this morning's AFL Rookie Draft.

Three more Gippsland Power players were drafted to AFL clubs when the National Draft continued last night, and further two more were selected in today's Rookie Draft

Charlie Comben of Sale has a new home at North Melbourne.

Power's captain this season, Brock Smith of Moe, is heading north to the Brisbane Lions.

And Leo Connolly, another of Power's large Moe group, joins St Kilda.

In this morning's AFL Rookie Draft Fraser Phillips has been selected by Carlton.

And Harry Pepper from the Next Generation Academy has been drafted by Hawthorn as a category B rookie

Those five add to the first two on Wednesday night - Caleb Serong going to the Fremantle Dockers and Sam Flanders to the Gold Coast Suns.
