Police and Highway Patrol officers were out on Gippsland roads over Easter as part of Operation Nexus, in one case putting a drug-affected driver off the road.
They clocked a 46 year old male driver doing 123 km/h in a 100 zone at Rosedale, after which he returned a positive drug test.
The driver also had two outstanding warrants for arrest.
And on Saturday in Sale, a 47 year old female driver returned a positive breath test but returned a negative evidentiary breath test at the station.
Police found she was in possession of a drug of dependence and received a drug diversion notice.
Police want to hear from witnesses to a road rage incident and collision at around 2.30pm Sunday on Tyers Road, Stratford.

Those incidents came after two motorcycle deaths just prior to the weekend.
A man died in a collision on the Thomson Dam Access Road on Thursday, then another bike rider died the same day in a fatal collision at Piedmont, near Noojee.
