COVID visitor to Orbost causes businesses to close

A number of businesses in Orbost and Marlo have temporarily closed after a visitor who is awaiting Covid-19 test results spent the weekend in the area.
There are reports the Melbourne resident, who is originally from Orbost, attended places including the Marlo Hotel, a tackle shop, a Chinese restaurant and an Orbost supermarket.
Those businesses have been closed for cleaning and will remain closed until the woman's test results are known.

Gippsland now has 12 active cases of Covid-19 with a new case recorded in the South Gippsland Shire.
Latrobe City, South Gippsland and Baw Baw have three active cases each. Bass Coast has two and East Gippsland one.
Wellington Shire is currently without an active case of Covid-19.
