Round 2 for Gippsland Power girls as boys squad is finalised
The Gippsland Power girls have their first home game this Saturday and they are keen to play in front of friends and family.
Power plays Eastern Ranges in round two of the NAB League girls competition and they are keen for their first win of the season.
Gippsland Power head coach Rhett McLennan said the match is at Morwell East.
"Anything that the girls do that they get a change to actually play in front of families and friends, they relish.
"They love the exposure of football and what it brings at the NAB League level, and if we can get a decent crowd there to support them where their training base has been so far this year, I'm sure they'd be happy," Rhett said.
