New mums are invited to attend a free weekly program, where they can restore strength, increase confidence, improve fitness levels, meet new people, maintain identity, get out of the house and learn valuable information about nutrition for themselves and their babies.
Active Mums n Happy Bubs provides new mums with a free weekly exercise, education and socialisation program in a supportive and encouraging environment. Delivered by a qualified personal trainer, Active Mums n Happy Bubs is ideal for mums of all fitness levels who are six weeks to 12 months post-partum.
Sessions run throughout Term 1 at 9am every Tuesday at the rotunda near the footbridge in Lakes Entrance.
